What’s included?

Below is a list of what is typically included in our maid cleaning service; however, we create a custom work order for every job. The work performed is custom-tailored to suit your individual needs (priorities) and budget.

Furniture & Dusting: We dust/wipe down uncluttered furniture & windowsills and remove cobwebs.

Light Tidying: We offer light tidying in an effort to make things look presentable. However, any additional decluttering/organizing that’s needed is available as an add-on service.

Kitchen Cabinets & Backsplash Touched Up: We’ll spot clean cabinetry and backsplash with your desired product(s). Deep cleaning/polishing exteriors and inside the cabinets/drawers is available as an add-on service.

Clean Countertops: We clean and disinfect counters with your preferred products.

Clean & Rinse Sinks: We will clean and rinse sinks and wipe down faucet(s).

Clean Exterior Appliances: We wipe down the outside of the refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Inside of those appliances is available as an add-on service.

Empty Trash Can(s): We will empty small wastebaskets and replace garbage bags. Please let us know where you keep your garbage bags or leave a couple on the kitchen counter for us to use.

Vacuum Flooring: Our bare floor attachments pick up things like hair, dirt, and other debris effortlessly and get under and behind furniture with ease.

Mop Flooring: Mopping the floors is an important touch that’s included with every cleaning.

Clean Mirrors & Chrome: All mirrors and chrome in the bathroom(s) will be cleaned.

Clean & Sanitize Toilets: We clean and sanitize toilets and toilet bowls.

Clean & Rinse Showers: We’ll clean and rinse shower walls, doors, tracks, floors, and dry glass.

Clean & Rinse Tubs: We clean and rinse tubs and wipe down faucets.

Vacuum Flooring: We take special care when vacuuming bathrooms to ensure things are left squeaky clean!

Mop Flooring: Mopping the floors is an important touch that’s included with every cleaning. We’ll mop the flooring in all bathrooms.

What’s included?

Light Tidying: We offer light tidying and will straighten beds and furniture in an effort to make things look presentable. However, any additional decluttering/organizing or changing linens/making beds is available as an add-on service.

Empty Trash Can(s): We will empty small waste baskets and replace garbage bags. Please let us know where you keep your garbage bags or leave a couple on the kitchen counter for us to use.

Vacuum Flooring: All flooring will be thoroughly vacuumed, including bare floors, carpeting, and any stairs the homeowner would like to have included.

Mop Flooring: Mopping the floors is an important touch that’s included with every cleaning. Let us know if you’d like to have all flooring done or only certain areas mopped (if on recurring).

The following additional services may be available at our discretion, but will require additional time and must be requested & accepted during the time of booking:

• Organization & decluttering services - if heavy pick-up is required

• Flooring underneath/behind appliances 

• Appliances need to be pulled out by the owner for cleaning

• Dusting/wiping down ceiling fans, fixtures & vents - height restrictions

• Dusting/wiping down trim, moldings, baseboards, doors, outlet/switch plate covers, etc.

• Cleaning interior window glass & tracks 

• Cabinetry interior/exterior in kitchen & bathroom(s)

• Appliance interiors (freezers must be defrosted)

• Help with laundry, stripping/making beds, dishes

• Garage, basement, or porch cleaning

• Detailing furniture - remove cushions to vacuum and/or wipe down (leather)

• Carpet cleaning

• Steam cleaning

There are not many things we can’t clean, but for health & safety reasons we are unable to take care of the following:

• We do not lift/move heavy furniture/appliances 

• Mold removal or remediation

• Working while people are smoking indoors 

• Pests (fleas, bedbugs, rodents, infestations, etc.) 

• Human & pet waste of any kind 

• Bodily fluids 

• Strong odors 

• Severe damage/clutter/hoarder conditions

• Nicotine/smoke/fire/water damage 

• Disconnected utilities 

• Extreme temperatures

• We do not clean freezers that have not been defrosted

• We do not cover fixtures that require disassembly & handwashing or inside china cabinets & hutches

• We do not offer restorative services such as grout, stripping, waxing, calcium/lime/rust, paint removal, etc. 

• We do not offer junk removal & will not remove anything for disposal

• We do not wash walls or ceilings

• We offer light-duty wall cleaning only, in order to prevent damage to paint, wallpaper & drywall
