Moving in & Moving out isn’t easy.

The last thing you need to worry about is cleaning!

Note: All cleaning jobs are customized to suit each individual client, their specific needs, and their budget.

  • The last thing anyone wants to do is move into a new home that hasn’t been properly cleaned and disinfected - former homeowner/tenant grime - YUCK! However, not everyone has the time or ability to do a top to bottom cleaning themselves.

    Bonus points - if you’re renting, a good cleaning will also help to ensure you get your security deposit back when you move!

  • Whether you’re a homeowner or renter moving in/out or a landlord with a new tenant on the way, a move-in/move-out cleaning will help to ensure the space is ready for you or the next homeowner/tenant.

    Before you go filling up the closets and cabinets, we will make sure everything has been properly cleaned and disinfected.

    Moving is stressful enough! We can help alleviate some of the work and worry - giving you time to focus on more important things!

  • Everything included in a standard house cleaning plus any extras you require (see additional services listed below).

    • The following services may be available at our discretion, but will require additional time and must be requested & accepted during the time of booking:

    • Organization & decluttering services - if heavy pick-up is required

    • Flooring underneath/behind appliances 

    • Appliances need to be pulled out by the owner for cleaning

    • Dusting/wiping down ceiling fans, fixtures & vents - height restrictions

    • Dusting/wiping down trim, moldings, baseboards, doors, outlet/switch plate covers, etc.

    • Cleaning interior window glass & tracks 

    • Cabinetry interior/exterior in kitchen & bathroom(s)

    • Appliance interiors (freezers must be defrosted)

    • Help with laundry, stripping/making beds, dishes

    • Garage, basement, or porch cleaning

    • Detailing furniture - remove cushions to vacuum and/or wipe down (leather)

    • Carpet cleaning

    • Steam cleaning

  • There are not many things we can’t clean, but for health & safety reasons we are unable to take care of the following:

    • We do not lift/move heavy furniture/appliances 

    • Mold removal or remediation

    • Working while people are smoking indoors 

    • Pests (fleas, bedbugs, rodents, infestations, etc.) 

    • Human & pet waste of any kind 

    • Bodily fluids 

    • Strong odors 

    • Severe damage/clutter/hoarder conditions

    • Nicotine/smoke/fire/water damage 

    • Disconnected utilities 

    • Extreme temperatures

    • We do not clean freezers that have not been defrosted

    • We do not cover fixtures that require disassembly & handwashing or inside china cabinets & hutches

    • We do not offer restorative services such as grout, stripping, waxing, calcium/lime/rust, paint removal, etc. 

    • We do not offer junk removal & will not remove anything for disposal

    • We do not wash walls or ceilings

    • We offer light-duty wall cleaning only, in order to prevent damage to paint, wallpaper & drywall

  • We’ve done a lot of move-in/move-out cleaning services & know a thing or 2 about making sure they go smoothly!

    Leave a key (and let us know ahead of time where to find it) or let us know if a door will be unlocked. Door codes can also be added to the notes prior to the appointment, so our team knows ahead of time how they will go about entering, which helps us to be as efficient as possible.

    Have running water/power and make sure the home is at a reasonable temperature.

    NOTE: If we don’t have running water/power or cannot complete the job due to extreme temperatures/unsafe work conditions, we’ll need to reschedule or cancel the service, which will result in a cancellation fee.

    Schedule with other service providers on a different day. This helps to ensure we are able to complete the move-in/move-out cleaning services in the allotted time without having to work around people & projects.

    Over-communicate and be sure priorities are given to us in order of importance.

    Our move-in/move-out cleaning services are best fit for homeowners and tenants who will be relocating in the near future or are currently in the process of moving.
